HNP Mikrosysteme’s MZR Low Pressure series are compact micro annular gear pumps designed for use in analytical instrumentation. The pumps generate a low pulsation, highly precise flow featuring low shear stress, dispensing low volumes in the microlitre range at high precision.

The precision-machined rotors of a micro annular gear pump are susceptible to damage from sediments carried in the feed. HNPM therefore recommends the use of a suction-side filter and offers a number of filtering solutions and configurations for use with its pump series.
