Wanner

High pressure diaphragm metering and transfer pumps.

The simple, durable design of Wanner Hydra-Cell high pressure diaphragm pumps make them able to handle fluids that can destroy other pumps. These positive displacement pumps give smooth, near pulse-free output accurately, reliably and repeatedly. Seal-less design means that non-lubricating solvents and liquids containing suspended particles can be pumped reliably at pressure in HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis and ultra-high pressure reverse osmosis systems.

Benefits

Reliably handles non-lubricating, abrasives, corrosives, and liquids with micron-sized particles
Extremely low pulse flow; no pulsation dampeners needed in most applications
Ultimate steady-state accuracy and controllability
Exceptionally wide adjustable flow range
Compact design, saving on installation space
Low shear pumping action

Applications

Flow Chemistry
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
Low Pressure Liquid Chromatography (LPLC)
Transfer, Blending & Injection
Coating
Spray Drying
Clean in Place (CIP)

Industrial Pumps

Industrial Pumps

Wanner Hydra-Cell positive displacement diaphragm pumps feature a hermetically sealed pumping chamber so there are no seals, packing or cups to leak or replace. The seal-less design enables Hydra-Cell pumps to handle abrasives and particulates that would damage other types of pumps.

  • Multiple-diaphragm design provides virtually pulse-less, linear flow
  • Wide range of capacities from 0.4 to 595 l/min at pressures up to 345 bar
  • Can run dry indefinitely without damage to the pump
  • Heavy duty industrial construction for long service life in harsh conditions

Metering Pumps

Metering Pumps

Wanner Hydra-Cell metering pumps combine simple, elegant engineering with rugged construction to offer accurate metering and dosing with virtually pulse-less flow. With a hermetically sealed pumping chamber and hydraulically-balanced diaphragm design, the pumps provide leak-free, low-maintenance performance while processing difficult fluids over a wide range of pressures and flows.

  • Positive displacement with smooth, low pulse output
  • Electronic flow control for accuracy and reliability
  • Wide choice of construction materials for enhanced capability
  • Capacities from 0.227 lit/hr to 2600 lit/hr at discharge pressures up to 241 bar
