Overview
Filter series F-MI0
The F-M10 filter series is available in inlet and inline configurations. The inlet filter has no external housing and is designed to be directly immersed in the liquid. The inline filter can be installed directly before the pump.
- Corrosion-resistant materials: stainless steel 316L or alloy C22 with FPM, FFPM or EPDM seals for inline configuration
- 10 µm filter with area of 1.3 cm2
- High filtration performance and very small size
- Maximum operating pressure 20 bar
Filter series F-MI1
The F-MI1 filter series is available in inlet, inline and T-design configurations. The inlet filter has no external housing and is designed to be directly immersed in the liquid. The inline filter can be installed directly before the pump. The T-design option allows the filter to be changed without having to uninstall the housing from the feed line.
- Corrosion-resistant materials: stainless steel 316L with FPM, FFPM or EPDM seals for inline and T-shaped configurations
- 10 µm filter as standard (25 µm option) with area of 9.5 cm2
- High filtration performance and very small size
- Maximum operating pressure 50 bar
Filter series F-MI2
The F-MI1 filter series is available in inlet, inline and T-design configurations. The inlet filter has no external housing and is designed to be directly immersed in the liquid. The inline filter can be installed directly before the pump. The T-design option allows the filter to be changed without having to uninstall the housing from the feed line.
- Corrosion-resistant materials: stainless steel 316L or alloy C22 and FPM, FFPM or EPDM seals for inline and T-shaped configurations
- 10 µm filter as standard (3, 25, 40 and 100 µm options for inline and T-shaped designs) with area of 61-72 cm2
- High filtration performance and small size: pleated filter elements for low pressure drops even at high flow rates and viscosities
- Maximum operating pressure 200 bar
Filter series F-MI3
The F-MI1 filter series is available in inlet, inline and T-design configurations. The inlet filter has no external housing and is designed to be directly immersed in the liquid. The inline filter can be installed directly before the pump. The T-design option allows the filter to be changed without having to uninstall the housing from the feed line.
- Corrosion-resistant materials: stainless steel 316L or alloy C22 and FPM, FFPM or EPDM seals for inline and T-shaped configurations
- 10 µm filter as standard (3, 25, 40 and 100 µm options for inline and T-shaped designs) with area of 135-150 cm2
- High filtration performance and small size: pleated filter elements for low pressure drops even at high flow rates and viscosities
- Maximum operating pressure 200 bar
Filter series F-MI4
The filter series F-MI4 is available in two different configurations. The inlet filter has no external housing and is designed to be directly immersed in the liquid. The T-design option allows the filter to be changed without having to uninstall the housing from the feed line.
- Corrosion-resistant materials: stainless steel 316L or alloy C22 and FPM, FFPM or EPDM seals for T-shaped configuration
- 10 µm filter as standard (25, 50 and 100 µm options for T-shaped design) with area of 407-450 cm2
- High filtration performance and small size: pleated filter elements for low pressure drops even at high flow rates and viscosities
- Maximum operating pressure 200 bar
Filter Monitoring
The condition of the filter element and the suction line can be monitored using a pressure sensor installed on the suction side of the pump. In addition to a simple pressure sensor with analog output, HNPM also supply pressure switches with digital display, optical LED displays and/or configurable output signals
- Simultaneous monitoring of filter and suction-side pressure
- Sensors attach to T-filters or can be integrated into the suction line by means of a mounting block
- Customized combination of filter and pressure sensor available with mounting plates/brackets
- Switching points configurable via IO-Link
