Overview
Liquiflo’s 4-Series are positive displacement, external gear pumps designed for low flow OEM applications such as chemical feed systems. The pumps have been specially engineered to handle many difficult chemicals such as polymers, solvents, acids, caustics or other corrosive liquids over a wide range of viscosity (1.0 to 4,500+ cP), pressure and temperature.
The range consists of 4 models and covers flows up to 10.5 lpm and differential pressures up to 7 bar. All pumps have leak-free, magnetic-coupled drives and are self-priming. Liquiflo 4-Series pump-housings are manufactured from bar stock in 316 Stainless Steel, Alloy C or Titanium with several material options for shafts, gears, wear plates and bearings.
Liquiflo Gear Pumps are available with several ancillary options and accessories. These include temperature control jackets, gear reducers, variable speed drives, air motors, relief valves, repair kits, and base plate mounting. All 4-Series pump models are close-coupled. A unique feature of 4-Series pumps is the parallel port connections located on the front of the pump.
