As a specialist distributor of industrial and hygienic pumps, we serve the chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, food & beverage, and manufacturing industries. With extensive experience across virtually every pump support and service scenario, we ensure reliable solutions tailored to your needs.

As an authorised Viking Pump Hygienic service centre, we can provide support for these and pumps that were previously sold under the Johnson Pump UK, WrightTech, and Wright pump brands. Wherever you are in the UK, if you have a Classic, Classic+, OL, Sterilobe, Revolution or TRA pump in need of repair, Michael Smith Engineers can help you.

If you have a Wright Flow Technologies pump, such as the On-Line or DuraLobe models, we can still provide like-for-like replacements, spares and service for these pumps.

       

By having your pump repaired or serviced by Michael Smith Engineers, you can rely on the highest quality workmanship and the reassurance that we are an authorised service centre for Viking Pump Hygienic. We have access to original manufacturing records and their comprehensive knowledge base. We are therefore able to assess and service all VPH/WFT pumps to the manufacturer’s standards, using only genuine OEM parts.

We have a fully equipped workshop in our head office in Woking, staffed by engineers with over 30 years experience between them. We offer nationwide UK support for Viking Pump Hygienic pump servicing, repair, and overhaul, with rapid inspection, assessment and turnaround times.

We offer special services such as electropolishing and material certificates for spare parts to meet the most demanding site requirements.

     

We keep an extensive stock of spare parts and can call on most non-stocked spares within 48 hours. Wherever possible, we will provide support for any pump we have ever sold, including those supplied in the last century. Even if the pump has not been sold by us, we can usually still offer support for any pump manufactured by one of our principals.
