Wanner pumps for hydrogen production

In this recent project, we supplied six Wanner P200 diaphragm metering pumps for an application in the Green Hydrogen sector that required precise dosing of DI water and methanol at elevated pressures.

The customer required a pump capable of delivering a virtually pulse-free flow at variable flow rates, along with accommodating a range of discharge pressures. The Hydra-Cell multi-diaphragm technology from Wanner International Ltd is perfect for this task.

Paired with 0.37 kW ATEX Zone 2 motors, these pumps were specified to achieve flow rates of 0.5 to 2.0 l/min at discharge pressures up to 15 bar.
